Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges are available on all products.
Must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).
In case of refund to original payment method, A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for an order (Not for each item).
First exchange is FREE, From the second exchange onwards, a fee of Rs. 149 per order will be charged to cover logistics costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account from the day of initiation.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
Return the Item: Handover the item to the courier partner.
Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and video of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
