We have 10 days of hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery.

  •  Simply use the following link:https://www.beyours.in/apps/return_prime/to initiate an exchange or return request.
  • Our dedicated team will verify your request and will update you within 24-48 hours.
  • Once your request is approved. For Exchange. Our team will initiate a reverse pickup and once the product is picked up will proceed with the replacement.
  • For Refund, Our team will initiate a reverse pickup and once the order reaches back to us post quality check will proceed with the refund.

Note:-
1. The whole exchange process will take 3-5 business days.
2. The whole refund process will take 5-7 business days.

  • Replacement is available on all order whether it is COD/Prepaid .
  • First time replacement is free, Second time exchange will be at a fee of rs.149
  • ON SALE PRODUCTS ( FINAL SALE ) are replaceable at a cost of Rs.99 per product.

We usually ship the desired products within 2 business days after the return pickup and it takes 4 to 8 days to deliver the replaced shipment, depending on the location.

If you have been unable to get your package ready in time, you do not need to cancel the pickup. You can request it again with your availability time.

Usually the reverse shipment takes 6-10 days to arrive at our warehouse, then it takes next 2 business days to inspect the shipment & to initiate the refund.

Once we inspect, we immediately process refund, which usually reflects in your source account within 48 hours to 7 days.

Pre-order means, ordering an item which is in making/production & yet to be finished.

Sometimes, We make some of our product available on pre order so that early customers can book their favourite item. And the best part is, they get some discount on pre-order as well.

Shipping and delivery

Our products are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of placing the order.

Metro's takes - 2 to 3 days
two tier cities takes - 3-4 days
three tier cities and towns takes - 5-7 days

These are a usual durations, Sometimes unexpected situations make it delay.

Early deliveries depends on the delivery location, To get your shipment early, Mail us your pincode and address to support@beyours.in We will definitely try to deliver it with the fastest possible logisitcs.
Early deliveries are chargeable at Rs.99 per 1 Kg.

We do not have physical presence as of now, We are building an experience store very soon in delhi.

If the courier is rejected at time of delivery, applicable charges of Rs.149 will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

The shipping carrier is subject to the serviceability of your PINCODE. The products are shipped through Blue Dart, Delhivery Smartr, etc.

Payment Queries

Yes, We have partnered with Snapmint ( Payment provider ) , Which let's you pay the order price in EMI's.

you just need to pay 1/4th of the order price initially, then the rest amount will be collected monthly EMI ( 3 months )

We do not charge anything, It's completely FREE !! ✌

  • We are sorry as international card and shipping have been disabled at this time.

You may contact your bank if the amount is debited and the order is not placed or You can get in touch with us and share the below details:
-Amount that got debited.
-The email id you would’ve used to place the order.
-Approximate time at which the amount was debited.
