At Beyours, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
- First exchange is FREE.
- From the second exchange onwards, a fee of Rs. 149 per order will be charged to cover logistics costs.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative.
Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
- A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for each return.
- Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
- COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Visit - Return & exchange page
- Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Return the Item: Handover the item to the courier partner.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
- COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
- Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account from the day of initiation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and video of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
