At Beyours, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
  • First exchange is FREE.
  • From the second exchange onwards, a fee of Rs. 149 per order will be charged to cover logistics costs.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative.

Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
  • A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for each return.
  • Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
  • COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Visit - Return & exchange page
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Return the Item: Handover the item to the courier partner. 
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
  • COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
  • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account from the day of initiation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and video of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
