Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange their products within 10 days of delivery.
The first exchange is free.
Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.149.

Return Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
A Rs. 149 handling fee will be deducted for each return.
Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
COD orders are only eligible for store credit or exchange (refunds to the original payment method are not available for COD orders).

Recently, I purchased the BEYOURS Shacket, and I'm very much impressed. The Shacket is incredibly comfortable, with a soft and breathable membrane that keeps me dry and warm. The quality of the materials is top-notch, and the design is both stylish and functional. My only minor complaint is that the Shacket could benefit from more adjustable features, and also, the size should be maintained. I ordered a small size but got a large size, so staff members need to take care of them packing. Overall, I'd highly recommend this Shacket to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable outer layer."
