Returns and Exchange:
Exchange Policy
- Customers may exchange their products within 10 days of delivery.
- The first exchange is free.
- Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of Rs.149.
- Products on clearance sale are eligible for replacement with a fee of Rs.149 per order.
- Year End Or Christmas sale orders are exchangeable with a fee of Rs.149 per order.
Return Policy:
- We offer a 10-day return policy for your convenience. If you're unsatisfied with your product, you can initiate a return.
- Prepaid orders are eligible for refunds, while COD orders qualify for store credits and gift card. These credits can be utilized to purchase another order.
- A fee of Rs.149 will be charged if a customer returns an item after an exchange.
- Sale products marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Black friday sale' or 'Once a year sale' are non-refundable and may only be returned for store credit; however, replacements are available.
- Products on clearance sale are eligible for return with a fee of Rs.149 per order.
- Year End Or Christmas sale orders are returnable with a fee of Rs.149 per order.
Cancellation:
Pre-dispatch
If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order, kindly send an email to support@beyours.in within 6 hours of placing your order.
Post dispatch
Once an order was dispatched, we could not accommodate any cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Please Note:
- If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email support@beyours.in with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
- Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
