Cancellation, Return & Replacement

Cancellation: 

• If you wish to cancel your order please send an email at support@beyours.in within 6 hours of placing the order.
• No cancellations will be entertained after shipping of the product.

Exchange:

• Exchange is available on all the products.
• Customer can exchange there products within 10 days after delivery.
• First time replacement is free, Second time exchange will be at a fee of rs.149
• ON SALE PRODUCTS ( FINAL SALE ) are replaceable at a cost of Rs.99 per product.

Return:

• We have 10 days return policy available. You can return it if you do not like the product.
• Only prepaid orders are eligible for return. COD orders are non returnable but can be exchanged.
• For return, pickup & refund processing fees of Rs. 99 will be appliable per order.
• ON SALE PRODUCTS ( FINAL SALE ) are not refundable, Only replacement is available.

Note: 

• ALL CLAIMS ARE NULL AND VOID WITHOUT AN UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PRODUCT WHEN IT’S SHIPPED.
• We recommend all our customers film an unboxing video of the product upon arrival from Beyours.
• Upon receipt of a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, the customer is required to send a mail at support@beyours.in with the images and videos of the product within 2 days of the product being received. If the issue is verified upon examination, an appropriate solution or resolution will be provided thereafter.
• Must Be in original condition - unworn , unused with the same tag and labels & in the same packing.
